Taiwan manufacturer Mobinnova released a new Windows Mobile device labeled as Mobinnova Ice that features a wide QVGA 400 x240 display, AGPS, integrated FM radio, HSDPA, and a second touch screen display for navigation. No full specification is released yet so expect this one to come very soon.
