Canon released today its new Canon Vixia HD camcorders, Canon Vixia HV40 can now shoot 24 progressive frames per second, a frame rate used by top end DV cams for professional movie making. Canon Vixia HD Camcorders features the Digic DV III processor across the board for improved image quality and face detection, and a number of different storage options in terms of built-in flash memory, SDHC-only or DV tape.
